Equipment and Shuttle Form (external site)
Equipment is available for a camp site to hire for the duration of Rowany Festival. The equipment is delivered to the site before Festival officially begins and must remain on site at all times. Equipment needs to be collected from (and returned to) a central location to be advised.

- Cut-off date for hire equipment bookings is 28th February.
- From Rowany Festival 2012 onwards, payment is no longer made with the booking. When your booking is received, you will be emailed a reference number and details of direct deposit and other payment options. Credit card payments are no longer accepted. If you wish to pay by cheque, please still complete and email the form if possible. With the reference number we check that your price calculations are correct.
- To hire equipment for Festival, a pre-booked contact person (with camp-site details) is required. A matching attendance booking reference is required.
When you have booked equipment, the Booking Officer will contact you regarding payment and any other details that need confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a week, contact the Booking Officer to see if the form was received. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of your booking (if you are posting a cheque or money order, it may be advisable to email the Booking Officer to let them know).
Delivery and Return of Equipment
Equipment is being provided by Patti’s Hire from Sydney. In order to make setting up and packing down easier for everyone:
Hire equipment including marquees will be delivered and erected on or about the Monday prior to Festival
Any campsite ordering a pavilion will find all their other hire equipment inside said pavilion - just like home delivery! Campsites with large orders of equipment will also have their equipment delivered.
A copy of your order will be placed with the equipment for you to check that you have received all your equipment.
At the end of Festival campsites that have had equipment delivered will not have to return equipment to the courtyard but will leave it in their campsite where it will be picked up by Patti’s Hire. For this reason, all campsites have been numbered. If your campsite has a numbered sign, do not remove this sign.
All other equipment will need to be collected from the Great Hall. At the end of Festival this gear will need to be returned to this area. There will be an equipment register – you will need to sign it when you collect your equipment, and the equipment steward will sign it once your equipment has been returned.
Please make sure you return all your equipment or you will be required to pay for it.
