There is bore water available on site, which is fully potable, and is already plumbed into the main buildings, cabin groups, showers and toilets. The site management group would also ensure that additional tank water to ensure that water would not be a problem. Three stand points will be provided, from which the SCA can run hoses.
The area is a low fire risk area. It rarely reaches above the High Fire Danger zone, and only in January. Burning-off on the site usually takes place in March and April. Ten fire pits are already set up around the site, with large logs set up as seating around the fires, and Womberoo would prefer us to use these first where possible. Appropriate fire safety protocols already in place with the Festival (row of stones, fire pits, sand and water buckets, constabulary inspections, lifting turn and replacing the grass) would be sufficient to meet the requirements of the owners as to fire safety. Sites for additional fire pit locations are allowed, and would need to be discussed with the management crew.
While there are twenty toilets on site already, 8 in the main building, and the others in blocks throughout the accommodation. None of these are close to the warfield site, or the far camping field, so an additional bank of portaloos for each would be suggested. These could be arranged by Womberoo (see pricing), or by the Rowany Steward team.
There are twenty showers on site with unlimited gas hot water systems.
The site has main rubbish collection and management area that is fenced near the main building. Rubbish would need to be moved by the camp groups to the rubbish collection area. Daily emptying of the bins in the toilets, and on the outside of the cabins has been included in the pricing estimate.
Power is limited, available in the main builidng structure, and the additional conference rooms. Some cabins also have a power point.
Storage of SCA provided shipping containers (estimated as 3 x 12.2 m containers) could be accommodated on site for the term of the contract, in a location to be negotiated with the Womberoo management. The SCA would need to purchase insurance for these if it was deemed necessary, as Womberoo would not take responsibility for them.
