I have a variety of calls for volunteers to inundate you with today, so I won’t get too flowery. Itemized list, followed by full information further down this missive. But First.
BOOKING FOR FESTIVAL:
It’s a nice easy process, and you can do it at our main bookings page:

Please book, and soon. The more people who book before the 12th, the more amenities we can provide! Your booking means more fractions of a portaloo! Join us in a land apart from normal society, enjoying a week of excellent company, classes, fighting, dressing up in your very best looks from 1599 and before.
Equipment bookings close strictly on the 12th!
If your campsite needs to book additional hire equipment, please do it before the 12th using the Equipment Booking Form:
1. Campsite Wardens – Please contact the Cartographer.
2. Chirurgeon volunteers needed! – Know first aid? Take a shift! Like feeding people? Feed St John a meal!
3. Team Ibis is back! New recycling coordinator, same commitment, and they need you!
4. Timetable Coordinator – Please fill the timetable with your events!

1. CAMPSITE WARDENS – PLEASE CONTACT THE CARTOGRAPHER
I will be your friendly Rowany Cartographer for Festival 2020.
The Rowany Festival campsite wardens survey has been released. Can all campsites please ensure they have a ‘competent’ warden and deputy, and that they fill in the survey link below. Please remember – no survey, no service.
The process is the same as previous years, but please always feel free to ask if you have any questions. All campsite specific questions should be entered as part of the survey, or sent to email@example.com.

2. CHIRURGEON VOLUNTEERS – FIRST AID VOLUNTEERS AND MEAL PROVIDERS, BOTH USE THIS FORM!
This covers both those fine gentles who are qualified and able to render first aid,
And those fine gentles who are happy to feed the St John volunteers for a meal.

The lovely Baroness Aeschine of Arran has agreed to bring Team Ibis back from the dumpster and take charge of on site waste management.
Don’t let her do this service alone, as it’s only together that we can take pollution down to zero!
She would like some volunteers to help with emptying of the daily village green bins, and ensuring the appropriate disposal of waste at the large dumpsters. Eg separating of recyclables and general waste.

If you are a keen bin chicken, or want to stop the entire world becoming a giant bin, please reach out to Aeschine at her above email address and help her during Festival.
4. FILL THE FESTIVAL TIMETABLE – TELL THE TIMETABLE COORDINATOR ABOUT YOUR EVENTS!

Do you like fiddling with websites? Writing emails? Being useful?
