Browser issues
- If you are having trouble booking with Simpletix, please try using a different browser.
- We have had multiple reports of problems with people booking using Firefox or Opera, which have been resolved by trying a different browser.
Pricing
- The prices below are the prices that will be charged for a ticket booked before each given cut off date. For example, a Full Event Ticket, if booked on the 2nd it will be charged at the second tier.
Refunds
- Cancelations before March the 16th will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price.
- Cancelations before April the 13th will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
- Cancelations after April the 13th will not receive a refund.
- Tickets can be transferred to another attendee via the original purchaser Emailing the bookings officer to request the transfer.
Event Token
This year we are trialing a ‘default’ wooden token which is covered by the standard event entry prices or a special pewter version of the token for those who enjoy collecting the yearly tokens. The pewter token requires an extra $4 on top of the selected entry price to cover the extra cost of having these pewter tokens created. Access wise, there is no difference between the two varieties of tokens.

Companion Card holders
A free Companion Ticket is available for any one who holds a valid Companion Card, which will provide free entry into the event for their designated Carer. The Companion Ticket covers all entry costs, including insurance and kingdom levies, for the Carer. A copy of Companion Card must be presented via email to the Bookings Officer to obtain a Companion Ticket. A Companion Ticket does not cover the site provided catering or bunks, which if required need to be purchased separately.
Note: This only applies if the carer is 100% engaged in a support role for the person with the Companion Card. If the Carer will be taking part in the activities at festival, then they are considered to be an attendee and have to obtain a normal entry ticket.
