The Stewarding Team have been investigating the possibility of having tents that can be rented and delivered to your specific campsite.
As such, we are interested in an expression of interest from the populace, since there would be a minimum order for the event.
- Set up and packed down is included by the external provider.
- Tents will be placed within your requested camp site. Location within your campsite can be arranged via your camp warden or camp members being onsite on the tuesday.
- Tents are available from the Tuesday before Festival until the Tuesday after Festival
- Tents are hired for the entire period (Tuesday – Tuesday). There are no options being looked at which would be just for one or two nights.
- Costs / suggested numbers represent the number of beds supplied with the tent.

The tents come in two options:
Basic Tent Package
This package includes the stretcher and mattresses for each person in the tent, but does not include additional items. (Additional Items can be added to the package if required.)
Single or Twin – $420 (Uses the Mid Tent)
Triple – $586 (Uses the Deluxe Tent)
Quad – $672 (Uses the Deluxe Tent)

Premium Tent Package
This package includes the stretcher and mattresses plus Sleeping bag and Pillow Combo for each person in the tent, a chair for each person, 1 camping table and 1 LED lantern.
Single or Twin – $560 (Uses the Mid Tent)
Triple – $672 (Uses the Deluxe Tent)
Quad – $756 (Uses the Deluxe Tent)
